The maitolead group's flange and pipe fittings factory was established in 2017, we are a professional manufacturer focusing on flanges, pipe fittings, and elbows.made of different materials (stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.. We are a physical manufacturer integrating customization, processing, production, sales and export trade. we have a stock of over 2000 tons and produce and sell over 20 tons of spot goods daily. The company's products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, and Asia.
we are main production equipment of the company includes forging hammers, ring-rolling machine, lathes, drillers, pushing machine, presses, shot blasting machine etc. Materials available are carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Products are manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASTM, GB, DIN, JIS, EN standards or with customers special requirement and design. we owns certificates of CE, PED, ISO, BV, KS. in addition, Maitolead Group gives test certificate, which are compliant to EN 10204 3, 1B and contains physical and chemical testing.
The main types include:
Elbows (90° / 45° / 180°) – Used to change the flow direction of the pipeline. Available in long radius (LR) and short radius (SR) designs.
Tees (Equal & Reducing) – Allow the flow to be divided into two directions or combined from two lines.
Reducers (Concentric & Eccentric) – Connect pipes of different diameters. Concentric reducers are used for vertical flow, while eccentric reducers are preferred for horizontal installations to avoid air pockets.
Caps / End Closures – Welded to the pipe end to stop the flow.
Stub Ends – Used in combination with lap joint flanges for easy disassembly in low-pressure or corrosive applications.
Crosses (Optional) – Provide four-way connections, usually used in special piping layouts.
Surface can be supplied in black, anti-rust oil, pickled, sand-blasted or coated according to project requirements.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Elbow is a commonly used connection pipe fittings in water heating installation, which is used to connect the corner of the pipeline and change the direction of the pipeline. Other names: 90° elbow, right Angle bend, love bend, stamping elbow, pressing elbow,mechanical elbow, welding elbow, etc.
Use: Connect two pipes with the same or different nominal diameters to make the pipes turn 90% 45°, 180° and various degrees.
The bending radius is less than or equal to 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe belongs to the elbow, and the bending radius is greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe belongs to the bend.
